Welcome to my fig tree! For readers unfamiliar with the profound thinker and writer Sylvia Plath, a fig tree is used as a metaphor of options under the notion that choosing one option is an elimination of all the rest. For me, this blog is my fig tree, but not in the conventional way.

I believe that too often, we feel as though we have to define ourselves under one specific identity. This blog is a place to speak to all of them.

I sat with the idea of having a corner of the internet to share my many thoughts and experiences, indecisively unable to pick a theme or genre it would go under. I came to the realization that I do not have to choose because I can do it all; this is a place where I can do it all!
